RETURN POLICY

All regular priced items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by sales receipt and with all tags still attached. Clearance items are accepted for exchange only. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used for your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Procedure

1. Pack the merchandise to be returned.

2. Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.
